All services are provided by contract and subject to availability. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in each client’s signed agreement.

3. Booking & Payments

To secure a photography session or wedding date:
 • A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required.
 • Final payment is due by the date outlined in your agreement (typically prior to the session or wedding day).

Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle (unless otherwise specified).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
 • If a client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable.
 • Rescheduling due to weather or emergencies may be accommodated at Ryan’s discretion and subject to availability.
 • Cancellations by Ryan due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled professionally, including efforts to find a qualified replacement or issue a refund.

5. Image Delivery
 • Final edited images are delivered via an online gallery within 2–4 weeks, depending on the session type.
 • Clients receive high-resolution, unwatermarked JPEGs suitable for printing and sharing.
 • RAW files are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Ryan Sands Photography.
Clients are granted a personal use license to print, post, and share their images for non-commercial purposes.
You may not sell, edit, or distribute the photos commercially without written permission.

Ryan Sands reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or publication unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:
 • Arriving on time to their session or wedding.
 • Providing accurate details and preferences prior to the session.
 • Obtaining necessary permits for shooting in restricted locations, if applicable.
 • Informing Ryan of any specific must-have shots before the session begins.

8. Weather & Location Conditions

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather. If conditions are unsafe, the session may be rescheduled at Ryan’s discretion. Ryan Sands Photography is not liable for image limitations caused by lighting, location restrictions, or weather.

9. Photo Booth Services

Photo booth bookings include setup, props (unless otherwise noted), and digital delivery of all photos. Booth availability, layout options, and operational hours are outlined in your signed agreement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the booth space meets power and space requirements.
